What do I need to do to sign up for Cyfe? | | In order to sign up for Cyfe, you will need a valid email address. Once you're done filling out the sign up form, a confirmation email will be sent to you. You must click on the confirmation link in this email to complete the sign up process. |

I didn't get my confirmation email, now what? | | Make sure that you check your email application's spam or junk folder or filter. Check that you're trying to log in with the correct email address. Please note that some emails may be blocked by your ISP (internet service provider). Also note that it may take a few hours before you receive the email. If you're still having trouble after following the steps above, then try to login to your Cyfe account and follow the link in the error message to have your confirmation email resent to you. |

The confirmation email contains an invalid link. | | First, try logging in (with the email address you signed up with). If you are unable to log in, copy and paste the full link that you received in the confirmation email into your brower. If you're still having trouble after following the steps above, then please contact us using the "Contact" link (found at the bottom of every page). |
